SERMON on the A-MOUNT
December 24, 2017

NO TITLE all talk

I discovered something very important yesterday. Before I tell you what it was, I need to write something about the Christmas experience this year.

When considering the life of the Christ, I always wander down the path leading to the coming walk up the mountain to the cavalry cross. Everything else about the Christmas story seems totally impossible to believe. Only the death of a man started by a mob of angry Jews and carried out by a pacifying Roman empire makes any historical sense.

Really? A baby born without the seman injection from a man seems pretty far stretching even for the most liberal of my friends. In vitriol is also impossible. Not because of the process and procedures this takes to be successful, but because there was no destruction record of the millions of attempts that failed. Magic is out of the question. Adoption can not be reasonably argued because that story would have been discovered by the less than mother-loving women and flushed out by a seeking natural-birth mother.

Really again? A man tempted in every way and still living a life of no sin would expand this short BLOG into a book. I state this fact for one reason only. To remind all who are reading today’s posting of this quote “don’t confuse me with facts, my mind is made up.”

Really again and again? Now for the discovery. The immaculate conception (promoted by the MSM) refers to the birth of Mary, the mother of Yahshua. WOW! Opening my ears to that is life changing for me because I have read the good news gospel. Find a Bible and read a few words about the mother’s womb and the care of a VERY SPECIAL child. (ref is LUKE 11: start at verse 17) The discussion is about the devil and his demons. Read with a passing interest until verses 27 and 28. Pause and “let that sink in.” Some (woman) in the crowd of listeners yelled out a selfless act of child bullying informing us that birthing and caring for the child is a great(est) blessing.

Yahshua responds to the loud voice of the woman (maybe mother Mary? because she had the most invested in this man) with a big NO. And goes on talking and blessing the people hearing the Word of Elohim. And promises a glorious Christmas to all those who understood the sign of the prophet Jonah.

For those needing a Jonah story reminder, think first about a reluctant man seeking to run away from the good news then try to experience (think) what it takes to survive in the belly of a whale for three days. Only to end up preaching the good news of the coming of the “one who saved the world” born of the virgin Mary in Bethlehem of Judea in a barn feeding trough.

Nicely impossible to believe?                              MERRY CHRISTMAS
