Well…well…well. Here we go again. One of my favorite childhood foods has become “an issue.” Why? Is this really all in the interest of enhancing food taste or providing a quick meal or just good for the bottom line? I CAN NOT accept the fact that food has become poisoned by the packaging industry and not the food scientist. Who convinces the (shirt n’ tie) crowd that sit at the long mahogany table; in those beautiful high rise buildings that plastic “is O.K.” to digest? Really…who does that?
